Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Good Manufacturing Practices and Research & Development based on sound scientific works, are intrinsic parts of the final purpose of a Chemical Process Industry dedicated to the production of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), besides those already incorporated into the RESPONSIBLE CARE, as Environmental Management, Production and Safety.

More than that, they are CONSTITUENT PARTS of ITS ASSETS, of its INDUSTRIAL CULTURE, and of its SURVIVAL in the long run.

Aware of our Human, Social and Ethical responsibilities, involved directly in our activities branch, we base our Quality Policy upon the following foundations:

• Offering products and services with extreme care in the Quality Control and Quality Assurance, satisfying all the needs of our customers.
• Watching over our procedures aiming at assuring the quality our customers need.
• Considering suppliers and customers as partners. We strictly follow the customers’ specifications and, at the same level, we demand the same from our suppliers.
• Recognizing the contribution from each one of our collaborators and believing, as a consequence of our long experience in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, that the motivation and conscience of each one of them when performing their activities, through their individualities, is the key not only for maintaining, but also, for the continuous search of excellence in our activities.
